The Brandenburg Concerto no. 6 in B flat major BWV 1051 is written for two violas da braccio, two violas da gamba, violoncello, violone and harpsichord. In this concerto, all instruments except the violone and harpsichord are soloists.

It is composed of three movements:

I. II. Adagio ma non tanto III. Allegro
