The first two measures probably do not need comments. Each of the voices follows the notes of the proposed analysis. However, in measures 3 and 4 chromatic non-harmonic notes in the upper and inner voice and the rhythmic counterpoint hide the harmonic plan.
In the following image, we show in more detail measures 3 and 4. We have transcribed the double flat of measure 3 as the A natural and added a B flat in the last measure. This B flat will appear in the following measure:
