Measures 9 - 14

Measures 9 to 12 are in the key of Bb major. In measures 9 and 10 we find a series of dominant and diminished 7th chords over a dominant pedal. In measure 12 the minor IV degree of Bb is used as pivot chord to modulate to Cb major.
