We go back to the original key of C Major not before insisting in the F Major key (subdominant of C Major).
In measures 19 and 20 we find a sequence similar to that of measures 3-4 and 11-12. Yet, this time the subject appears in its original form (1) while the 4 note fragment is transformed by augmentation and inversion (2):
